  • Think of therapy as a space designed just for you to come and talk without judgement. You will complete an initial consultation call, so that we can get to know you and your goals and you can get to know us. After the initial consultation, we will schedule you for an initial assessment, so we can gather further information about you and your story, which will help the therapeutic process. After you complete the assessment, we will schedule for weekly, biweekly, or monthly sessions, depending on your need.

Most clients choose weekly sessions to begin and then reevaluate at a later date. Your sessions will be 50 minutes and will cover topics, concerns and goals tailored to improving your level of functioning and/or sustaining your current state.

  • Here are a couple questions that might be helpful to ask:

-Do I have a deductible? If yes, how much of it has already been met?

-Are there any limitations on the number of sessions I can be reimbursed for?

-How much will I be reimbursed per visit when I see an out-of-network mental health therapist?

-Do I need prior approval to receive reimbursement ?
